Our Future Leaders

The Future NTCA Program was first established in 2014. Created with the vision to inspire, empower, and support the next generation of leaders within the Northern Territory Pastoral Industry. Now approaching its eleventh year, the program provides participants with the opportunity to network with current industry leaders, stakeholders and representatives from Territory and Federal Governments. Participation in the program will allow participants to establish relationships that will positively influence individual career aspirations and guarantees the continuing growth and prosperity of the Pastoral Industry. Through professional development workshops, industry tours and one-on-one mentoring, participants are equipped with the skills and knowledge to present themselves in a professional manner, lead and mentor young people within the workplace and inject new ideas and enthusiasm to influence the future direction of the NT Pastoral Industry. Now, more than ever it is important to invest into the leaders of the future. To teach them, and to learn from them as we navigate the rapidly changing world around us.
