The Northern Territory Cattlemen’s Association (NTCA) is proud to announce the six successful participants selected for the 2026 Georgina Pastoral Future NTCA Program.

 

Established in 2014, the program continues to play a critical role in developing the next generation of leaders within the Northern Territory’s pastoral industry. Each year, Future NTCA brings together emerging industry professionals and provides them with the skills, networks and insights needed to help shape the future of northern beef production.

 

The strength of applications received this year reflects the depth of talent across the Northern Territory, with the selected cohort representing a standout group of emerging industry leaders.

 

NTCA CEO Romy Carey said the program continues to deliver meaningful outcomes for both participants and the broader industry.

The 2026 program will include a structured series of workshops, industry engagement opportunities, and leadership development activities. Participants will also engage directly with industry stakeholders, policymakers and supply chain representatives, gaining a well-rounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the sector.
